Activities & Accomplishments

• Creating and Maintaining  the Landscaping,  Fences and Signs at all three entrances including pruning, annual plantings, powerwashing the stone walls, seasonal clean-ups, and repainting all 5 signs. etc.

• Conducting Charitable Works

• Arranging Social Events

• Creating & Maintaining the CHA Website

• Editing & Publishing the Annual Member Directory

• Engaging a master gardener and landscaper annually to create a suitable planting program for our three entrances

• Operating the  sprinkler system on the front island on Rte 6-A

• Maintaining the flag & lighting

• Neighborhood Clean Up Day

• Decorating Road Posts durng the holidays

• Installed flag pole at Rte 6-A 

• Replaced the large CHA rock-wall sign at the Rte 6-A Entry

• Upgraded the Rte 6-A front lighting 

• Installed new fences at Rte 6-A  entrance due to storm damage

• Petitioned the town to install stop signs at the 4 corner intersection of Marstons, Oakmont and Hamstead
