CHA HELPFUL INFORMATION - FOR BOTH TOWNS
EMERGENCIES - Visible and Lit House Numbers can aid Police, Fire, and EMS in case of emergency. A 24" wide In-House Pathway is needed for an EMS Stretcher/Gurney.
INTERSECTIONS - CH has a very limited number of stop signs; CHA is grateful for cautious drivers. who stop at intersections.
PEDESTRIANS -
CHA is thankful for walkers who Face the Headlights, not the tail-lights.
SPEED LIMITS- 30 MPH is the speed limit when no speed limit is posted.

VISIBILITY - The neighborhood is dark at night due to the limited number of street lights. CHA appreciates visible and lit lamp posts, from "dusk to dawn" operated by photocells or timers.
